#MeToo At Work & The Enthusiasm Gap:

Mine The Gap and FTI Consulting have partnered to conduct original research on gender dynamics in the workplace. Our first installment, #MeToo At Work, reveals that sexual harassment and misconduct continue to occur in professional settings in substantial numbers, and that businesses will likely feel the financial impact. Our second installment, The Enthusiasm Gap, highlights major gender gaps in the intensity of support for workplace policies and initiatives that would help retain, recruit, and advance women in key U.S. industries. We surveyed 4,764 professional women, and 1,030 professional men, in the industries of tech, finance, legal, energy and healthcare.
